Strike Terms of Use

Last updated: June 12, 2026

By using Strike, you agree to these terms. Strike is a workout logging and recommendation tool. It is not medical advice.

Subscriptions

Strike Pro unlocks paid features. iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple as monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. Your subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in iOS Settings under Apple ID Subscriptions. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe at US $3.99/month after a 14-day free trial (one trial per account); iOS pricing is shown in the App Store at purchase, with an introductory free trial where you’re eligible. Prices may change for future billing periods; we’ll notify you before a change takes effect and you can cancel first. Logging workouts is free and stays free without a subscription.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, or use the app in a way that violates law.

Fitness Disclaimer

Exercise involves risk. Use judgment, stop if you feel pain or unsafe, and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. You can delete your account (and the data that goes with it) anytime in the app under Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; you can stop using Strike at any time.

Warranties and liability

Strike is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Strike’s recommendations are informational. They are not medical advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and note the change in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Strike after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Strike’s operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
